Sky Bound Rescuer - Founder
Award-winning innovator and respected thought leader in the use of drones for public safety. Gemma was selected in a prestigious competition as the woman making the most difference in drones for search and rescue (SAR) around the world, receiving the title of the ‘Woman to Watch in UAS 2018’. Gemma’s backgrounds in both SAR and technology, combined with her love of aerial systems (borne of her passion for skydiving), set the foundation for a fascinating piece of work exploring the utility of drones for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) and their search capability. She founded SkyBound Rescuer in 2016 to help shape the future of public safety drones and to start helping all Emergency Services around the world to benefit from drone technology.

Flying Eye - President
Engineering Graduate from CentraleSupelec in France, Alexandre started his Tech journey working as a consultant and analyst for IT projects. In 2009 he Co-founded Flying Eye, with the goal of providing aerial solutions to companies in France and Europe. Fast forward to 2019, he was appointed as President of Flying Eye, taking their impact on the drone industry to new heights, helping companies like Engie, Airbus, and Renault, to integrate drones into their operations and reach new levels of efficiency.
David Adjiashvili
Drone Harmony - Co-Founder
David Adjiashvili is the co-founder and Chief Scientist of Drone Harmony, a software company dedicated to developing advanced automated mission planning software for the industrial drone market. He also serves as a Senior Scientist at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. His field of expertise is Algorithm Design and Mathematical Optimization.
David received his B.Sc. in computer science from Tel Aviv University and his M.Sc. in applied mathematics from the Weizmann Institute of Science. He completed his Ph.D. in mathematics at the ETH Zurich in 2012 specializing in algorithm design for planning and optimization problems. He co-founded Drone Harmony in 2016 and has since been responsible for the algorithmic development of the Drone Harmony Mission Planner, the flagship product of the company.
Irving Zhang
DJI - Solution Engineer
Graduated from Automation and Mechanical Engineering from BMSTU. Irving serves as Solution Engineer for the Southern Europe Market, focused on commercial drone applications for Public Safety and Energy industry. Throughout his tenure at DJI Enterprise, he has gained vast experience in Drone Rescue Missions and Asset Inspections from China and different European regions.
