If you're not already acquainted, FlightHub 2 is DJI Enterprise's comprehensive cloud-based platform for managing drone operations, providing you with complete, real-time situational awareness. It allows you to access all necessary information for planning drone tasks, overseeing your fleet, and managing generated data, all within a secure cloud environment.
In this blog, we will present the latest updates for FlightHub 2:
1. Introducing the Enterprise Version Package
We are pleased to officially introduce the Enterprise Version Package for FlightHub 2. This subscription package aims to deliver significant upgrades across member and device management, remote control functions, route capabilities, and the Open Algorithms feature.
These enhancements further strengthen FlightHub 2’s role as an all-in-one cloud-based operation platform for streamlined drone workflows and team collaboration. Users who purchase Enterprise Version Package will benefit from significantly increased cloud-based resources for the connected devices without additional fees.
Please note that the Enterprise Version is purchased per connected device. However, users can further expand capacity based on operational needs through additional purchases.
2. Enhanced and more flexible permission management
As DJI FlightHub 2 is adopted across a wider range of applications, more team members are joining the same project for collaborative operations. This makes effective permission management for member, equipment, and data more critical than ever.
FlightHub 2 now offers in-project roles and permission configurations to better meet evolving user needs. This enables users to flexibly define custom roles and access at the project level, providing more granular control and refined management of project teams.
Who can add roles: Organization Administrators and Super Administrators
Which roles can be added: three new default roles have been introduced: Project Output Admin, Project Device Operator, and Project Device Admin, all of which support customization.

3. Flight Record Integration Added
To enhance the management of drone flight tasks and records, DJI FlightHub 2 now features a new flight record function:
-
Supports the recording of Docks Route Tasks, Manual Flights, and Remotely Controlled Flights through Virtual Cockpit.
-
Displays detailed data including equipment status changes during flight, key flight actions, and user operations.
-
Allows export of both summary reports and comprehensive flight record data.
Note: This feature is currently supported only by the DJI Dock 3.

Cloud Algorithms Opened for Use, Enabling Intelligent Detection
Currently, users can integrate third-party algorithms into DJI FlightHub 2 through two methods: "Onboard Algorithms" and "Cloud Algorithms."
Onboard Algorithms: Deploy the algorithm directly to the onboard chip, offering a lightweight and portable solution without the need for any external devices.
Onboard Algorithms open
Cloud Algorithms: Users are required to deploy additional algorithm inference servers, which are capable of supporting complex inference models.

5. Remote control upgrade
5.1 Flight Route Distribution via Virtual Cockpit
DJI FlightHub 2 enables route tasks to be distributed to airborne drones, allowing new tasks to be executed without waiting for the drone to return, thereby further enhancing operational efficiency.
The virtual cockpit allows users to view tasks from the route library and select and execute both waypoint and area route tasks.
Note: This feature is currently supported by DJI Dock 3, DJI Dock 2, and the Matrice 4 series drones.

5.2 Device Recommendation
In Dock's Grid Deployment, when multiple Docks are located near the target point, the system can flexibly dispatch the most suitable device to perform the task. By clicking "FlyTo" the target point on the team page map, the system will evaluate various device conditions and recommend the most suitable device for selection.

5.3 Automatic Swap Task
For the first time, DJI Dock 3 supports vehicle-mounted deployment, enabling dual-drone fixed-point relay tasks during long-duration continuous operations. To better meet user needs, DJI FlightHub 2 introduces relay missions, allowing two drones from DJI Dock 3 to seamlessly perform uninterrupted relay observation of designated targets through automated scheduling.
Note: This feature is only supported by DJI Dock 3.
6. Flight Route Capability Optimization
6.1 New Linear Route
The Linear Route feature for DJI FlightHub 2 is officially launched! With this update, DJI FlightHub 2’s route capabilities now align with those of the Pilot 2 app, including waypoint routes, area routes, linear routes, slope routes, geometric routes, and close-up photography routes.
Bow-Shaped Route, Ideal for Corridor Modeling
Single Route, Ideal for Corridor Inspection
In the advanced settings of the area route, the custom restricted zones bypass function can be enabled, allowing the drone to avoid custom restricted zones. Additionally, the route from the takeoff point to the first waypoint also supports bypassing custom restricted zones.
Note: This feature currently supports DJI Dock 3, DJI Dock 2, and the Matrice 4 series drones.
6.2 Waypoint Route Supports POS Data Recording
DJI FlightHub 2 allows for one-click capture of the virtual drone's position and attitude information, adding it to the action list to enhance waypoint route editing efficiency.
